About me.
Born in Bradford in 1953. I was interested in drawing and painting from early age. I inherited a love of art through my paternal grandmother Julianna Grizak.

Growing up in the 60’s and attending art school, my influences are firmly grounded in the 60s art movements, namely Pop Art. Artists that have influenced my formative thinking towards my art range from Caulfield, Hockney & Craig Martin.

After a lifetime of working in the graphics and printing industry, retirement beckoned.

Naturally interested in my surroundings I try and capture images that allowed me to explore and study shape, colour and composition. The journey is continuing and always evolving.

I’m an elected member of the Leeds Fine Artists (LFA) and have exhibited in many joint shows.
Many of my pieces are held in public and private collections throughout the UK.
